Product Introduction

Reinforced high-density polyethylene (HDPE-IW) hexagonal structure wall pipe has high rigidity and high flexibility. The outer wall of the pipe is an alternating hexagonal structure outer wall and annular structure outer wall; the inner wall of the pipe is a cylindrical smooth structure; the outer wall and the inner wall of the pipe are formed into an integrated square rigid-flexible double-wall corrugated pipe by melt extrusion. Inorganic whiskers reinforced hexagonal structure wall pipe, the size of the hexagonal structure outer wall on the outer wall is larger than the size of the adjacent annular structure outer wall, so that the pipe is flexible and the ring stiffness of the pipe is improved. In order to further improve the ring stiffness of the pipeline, an annular U-shaped groove trough is set on the outer wall of the hexagonal structure of the pipeline. At the same time, the outer wall size of the hexagonal structure is larger than the outer wall size of the adjacent circular ring structure, which improves the compressive performance of the pipeline and gives the pipeline corresponding flexibility. The square double-wall corrugated pipe has rigidity and flexibility, is easy to install, and is integrated through melt extrusion, suitable for wide promotion.
